Below you will find our vendor application forms for our currently posted conventions and events, a mailing list form if you wish to be notified of upcoming opportunities as well as our vendor code of conduct and AI policies. Atlantic Canada Comic and Cosplay Convention Vendor Application
ACCCC is at the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre on the 27th and 28th of September. We also have a setup day on the afternoon of the 26th. By submitting this form you agree to our event policies and code of conduct.

AAAAC Vendor Code of Conduct and AI Policy

Code of Conduct
 
  1. Our events are family-friendly  Any adult or offensive material should not be displayed openly. Our staff reserve the right to ask any vendor to not openly display items or to have the items removed from their tables.
  2. Displays should not inhibit any other exhibitors’ display area.
  3. Exhibitors will not exceed over 8 feet from the ground.
  4. No exits shall be blocked, and vendors should not be exhibiting items from under their tables. These are due to local fire regulations and our staff reserves the right to ask vendors to remove items obstructing aisles and doorways.
  5. Please be respectful of your neighbours exhibiting next to you. Unless there is an emergency, we ask that vendors do not tear down their displays prior to the closing of floor hours.
  6. Please keep your display area free of any debris and garbage.
  7. Exhibitor badges must always be worn when on the show floor. Should a vendor be selling unauthorized reproduction items (counterfeit) or any item deemed illegal, The exhibitor will be asked to leave the premises with all their items and not receive compensation.
  8. Exhibitors will not sublet their location in any parts without the consent of Event Organizing Team
  9. The Venue does not permit the sale of food or drink items without prior consent.
  10. There will be no slandering, defaming or otherwise harm to the integrity of the event or attendees including other vendors. This includes Spoken, physical, written, or any other means that are deemed inappropriate by the event organizing team. Anyone in violation of this will be expelled without reimbursement.
 
 
AI Policy
 
Because of the nature of our events and our not-for-profit AAAAC, we Do Not Allow any AI art, goods or services. If an exhibitor is found with AI goods, we will politely ask you remove them from the table. If the exhibitor continues to display AI goods, they will be asked to leave the premises without reimbursement.
