AAAAC was created in New Brunswick, Canada in 2024 by a passionate group of people dedicated to fostering and supporting the alternative arts in Atlantic Canada. After taking over the local convention, Freddy Beach Fan Fest, the board looked at their local community of artists, creators and fans and found that there was a unique opportunity to help create a deeper understanding for the alternative arts and to build a inclusive community of like minded people.
The board started pulling together an amazing team of volunteers from all over New Brunswick, creating a small full time team of committed people to build AAAAC into an incredible community organization. AAAAC is working to strengthen the alt arts community through clubs, events, conventions and more to come.
